Director of Finance
Jim Rippert is Director of Finance, supporting the IIRP, Community Service Foundation, and Buxmont Academy by providing a vision for financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. Jim has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience to ensure the continued financial health of the consortium. His team strives for accuracy and continuous improvement in policy and processes through vigorous planning and the analysis of results. The finance team enhances and empowers staff and students through improved systems and procedures to increase experience and knowledge of the financial impact of daily activities.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting from Philadelphia Textile University at Thomas Jefferson University. Along with his education and experience in finance, Jim is a certified lead auditor in the ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System Standard.
