Instructor

Stephen Rayfield is an IIRP instructor with extensive experience in education, consulting and coaching, research, administration, and organizational development. 

He describes himself as a collaborator with a very "with" mentality. He values this foundational perspective which builds trust and provides the opportunity for direct and meaningful conversations to occur. He believes that all people can learn, have a deep capacity for greatness, and should have equitable and unfettered access to experiences, rights, and protections in all places and systems.

Stephen earned his Doctorate in Education Policy and Organizational Leadership, with Superintendent Licensure and his Masters of School Administration, Education Leadership and Policy with Principal Licensure from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
