Director of Organizational Development
Koury Cook, M.S. is the Director of Organizational Development, leading the consulting pillar for the IIRP Graduate School. In his role, Koury works with clients to build human skills and social capital capabilities across a wide range of organizations from for profit institutions to local school systems.
Koury brings extensive knowledge and experience in integration of restorative practices across a variety of industries. His work with consulting clients includes implementation strategy, product development, curriculum development, driving key performance indicators and supporting clients in their development of higher education professional learning communities to further the social science of restorative practices.
Koury graduated from Moravian University (formerly Moravian College) with a BFA focused on K-12 education. He earned a Master of Science in Restorative Practices from the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School in 2019. After spending some time teaching, he spent 15 years serving youth and families within the juvenile justice system.
