The IIRP is seeking a Provost experienced in developing robust educational programs, knowledgeable of restorative practices, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and excited to work with us to expand our graduate curriculum.

The Provost will have a profound influence on our graduate school as our chief academic officer. They will lead our strategic initiatives to create new graduate certificates, expand our curriculum, and hire additional faculty. They will also help develop meaningful learning experiences germinating from our curriculum to support professional development for our learners and become a member of a community of curious learners, engaging with trustees, faculty, staff, and students.
