Lynne Lang has worked for over 30 years in public health, managing community coalitions, and developing school health and safety curriculum. In 2009, she developed Virtue-Based Restorative Discipline (VBRD), a model for restorative practices rooted in habits for human excellence. Her background in dispute resolution, conflict transformation and restorative practices is foundational to her thought leadership in a variety of professional development settings.
Lynn is president of Restoration Matters, a nonprofit organization in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned an M.S. in Health Management and an M.S. in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School (2018).
