Lecturer
Mark Amendola is a clinical services practitioner who is committed to helping struggling youth and their families. A Master Trainer for Aggression Replacement Training®, an evidence-based, allied restorative practice that promotes pro-social behavior and healthy lifestyles, he is helping to expand the scope of the emerging science of restorative practices.
Mark served as the Executive Director of Perseus House Inc. for 26 years. He is now the Evidence Based Coordinator and provides training, supervision and coaching to Master Level Therapists who deliver cognitive change models. He has published 13 books, book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals, most notably in Reclaiming Children and Youth.
Mark is a Master Trainer for Aggression Replacement Training®, a board-certified clinical social worker, a Master Addictions Counselor and an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Mercyhurst University. He holds a Bachelor in Social Work from Gannon University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
