Instructor and Implementation Coach
Kiyaana Cox Jones is an IIRP Instructor and Implementation Coach. In her role as Assistant Director of Multicultural life at Muhlenberg College she was introduced to Restorative Practice circles. These practices felt familiar to the way she was leading her local theater, and became her new normal in addressing harm in faith-based leadership, on the college campus creating cross cultural campus events and in being an advocate for justice. Her passion is to serve and learn WITH others through her work with the IIRP and to be restorative in her personal life. Kiyaana has developed a love for restorative practice in self-care, healing from trauma, and leading restoratively through an DEIB lens.
Kiyaana earned an undergraduate degree from Howard University in Fine Arts and a Master of Science from the IIRP. She lives by the Dr. Maya Angelou quote, 'I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.'
