Deanna Webb has dedicated over 15 years to working as a special education teacher across grade levels in public and alternative schools and 10 years to training adult learners in best practices with diverse learners, ways to handle challenging behaviors and the use of restorative practices with students, families and colleagues. She has acted as a facilitator of formal restorative conferences for the past 10 years within school districts and agencies. Mrs. Webb has a Master in Restorative Practices in Education from the IIRP. Her writing about the use of restorative practices with her students has been featured domestically and internationally in textbooks and scholarly articles.
